1. Not financial advice

MaxTheMiles gives general information about credit card rewards. It is not financial advice and does not take your full financial situation into account. You decide which card to use and remain responsible for your own spending, repayments, fees and interest.

2. Card information can be wrong or out of date

Earn rates, caps, fees and exclusions come from bank terms and public sources, and banks change them without notice. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee they are complete or accurate. Before a large purchase, check the card issuer's own terms. Miles are awarded by your bank, not by us.

3. No affiliation with banks

MaxTheMiles is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any bank, card network or airline. Card names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cards.

4. Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Never enter a full card number, CVV, PIN or bank login anywhere in MaxTheMiles.
• Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading it or accessing other people's data.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. The service

MaxTheMiles is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or stop features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed miles, fees, interest or any indirect loss from using the service.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use MaxTheMiles means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
